- WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? non-personalized items will be shipped within a 1-3 business days of ordering. personalized items will ship in 10-15 business days from the date of your order. shipping time for custom items is determined per individual order. for rush orders, please contact us for availability and rates prior to placing your order.
- HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED? US orders are shipped via USPS first class or priority mail. canadian and international orders are shipped via USPS international first class or priority mail. please allow extra transit time and delays at customs. depending on your location, international orders may take up to a month to arrive. the buyer shall pay any applicable customs fees. please note that tracking is not available on canadian and international orders. penelopes’s press will not be responsible for items lost in transit. expedited shipping is always available; please contact us for rates prior to placing your order.
